Sounds of the college

Construction noises outside my window

Police sirens blaring

And school kids unpacking

Yet all this is peaceful

I don’t know why

I’m getting use to it

That’s good

Because I’m here for a year

Thanks for dropping by my blog and liking my uneducated attempts at poetry. My real passion is to make Jesus Christ known, promote the Word of God and challenge men and women everywhere to eternal issues. I will read your blog with interest as you go through college . I wish you evey success and Pray that you will find time to consider Christ Jesus.

1 Wherefore seeing we also are compassed about with so great a cloud of witnesses, let us lay aside every weight, and the sin which doth so easily beset us, and let us run with patience the race that is set before us,
2 Looking unto Jesus the author and finisher of our faith; who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is set down at the right hand of the throne of God.
3 For consider him that endured such contradiction of sinners against himself, lest ye be wearied and faint in your minds. Hebrews 12:1-3

Reblogged this on John Looks Out On Life and commented:

the mind puts all in order
    entropy resumes

I love the convenience of going to school online 🙂 I never lived in a dorm but I’m glad you’re getting used to it 🙂

  5. This sounds a lot like my college living experience a year or so back…some how all the chaos becomes peaceful
