There she was once again
Standing oh so perfectly
I can’t even breatheĀ
She’s the one for me
And if she said hi to me
I’d lose all my words
She turns around
Her eyes focused on mine
It’s just a matter of timeĀ
She says, “Can you love me?”
I reply with, “Do you think I can?”
She smiles. “Don’t let me out of your sight.”
She starts running off.
Without thinking I run after her.Ā
